“The Maximized Manhood course has been one of the best things we have done for our men and also for our church.
Here are the results in the last six months:
- 50 men completed
- Men now are more active in church life:- in creche, hospitality areas, serving areas etc.
- Church attendance by men has increased
- Men are discipling other men
- Ladies are reporting positive changes in the home
- Consistent thinking amongst the men about attitudes and behaviour which allows men to encourage each other.
- Has opened the door to allow men to talk about issues and attitudes before they become sin.”

“When there is omission in my life, whether it be not praying with and for my wife. Not listening to my wife or children, not loving them as Christ has loved me, not repenting of sin, not admitting to sin in my life. Denial of things that are wrong in my life. This stops God from helping me to be all I can be, in Him – a Maximized Man.”

“When my children were young I chastised them in anger, mentally and physically. This was about 30 years ago, and I was an alcoholic. To this day I have carried this sin with me. “Forgive me for being an alcoholic and acting like I did when you were at home” (P.54). This really touched my heart, so I prayed about it and the Lord told me to go to them individually and ask their forgiveness. There are nine of them. (5 boys and 4 girls).”

“Too often at my work a person may be bad mouthed by another, and often it would appear the person deserves such criticism – but it does nothing to maintaining working relationships. I could do far more in the peace making role instead of being the distant observer. Knowing to do good and not doing it is a lost opportunity to bring Christ into the situation.”
